Return & Exchange Policy

We aim to keep returns and exchanges simple.

Exchange Policy

  • Send the item back in new, unused condition with original tags.

  • Use any courier service.

  • Write your exchange request on the back of the invoice.

  • Once received, we’ll process and send your replacement.

  • Exchange takes 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping cost is paid by the customer.

❌ No exchange or return on Clearance Items.


Return Policy

  • Return item in original condition using any courier.

  • Write your bank details on the back of the invoice.

  • Refund will be processed to your bank account within 8 working days.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishables, intimate items, hazardous materials, gift cards, downloadable products, and certain health/personal care items.


Partial Refunds (if applicable)

  • Used, damaged, or incomplete items

  • Items returned after 30 days


Refund Process

  • We’ll notify you once your return is received and approved.

  • Refunds go to your bank account or original payment method.


Gifts

  • If marked as a gift, you’ll receive gift credit.

  • If not, refund goes to the original buyer.
